I was making a parachord key fob following the knot pattern for a "Trilobite key fob" and realised it could be a target. I have been shooting at it and it's alright... It deforms but doesn't unravel. Makes a nice thwacking sound when struck. It won't last forever... but then again neither do cans! Needs a tug now and then to cinch things together and reshape. Size is just under 30mm diameter so it is challenging enough. It's a cheap weatherproof target that's easy to make. Needs about 2.5 feet of chord for one. Might leave them hanging around at a few spots in my backyard... I need brighter coloured parachord though...

They're knot my thing but it looks like they would work just fine. The trilobite fob would work better if the loop permitted it to slide on a rod and face flat to the shooter.
