what kind of camera would you guys recommend for both taking pictures and videos to upload to the forum. I don't know any thing about this and need some help with all the choices that are out there. thanks guys for your help

You don't have a camera on you phone?. I guess any digital camera would work as long as it will talk to your computer. I got off the bus when they stopped putting film in SLRs. For a while, I was sending my film off and having it put on CD. But it got to be a hassle.

no I don't have a camera on my phone it is just a flip phone

I use my phone for most of my still photos, but a compact digital camera for vids.

It doesn't have to be an expensive camera. But a 3x or 4x zoom is nice. A rear screen that swivels up so you can see it from the front is totally deluxe.

The one I use now is used. Craigslist, I think.
