I use a cheap backpack with a clothes hanger (which pops) through the top to both keep the bag's shape and the hook to hang it from a branch. Then I drape 2 shirts from the hanger on the inside. To make sure the bearings don't bounce out of the bag, I stick a piece of flat cardboard box in front of the shirts inside the bag.
Been doing this for years and takes a fair few thousand shots before the shirts and bag gives in.
