So I've been cutting my own pouches. It takes me forever to cut and punch out 10 pouches. Do you know of a good pouch dye company. Shooting 3/8 steel/lead. All leads will help. Thank you so much!

I've also got a GZK dye (without going to take a look I can't remember the size)

I bought it along with some microfibres pouch material when I was trying to make up the postage on some bands I ordered from GZK direct.

The microfiber pouches last so long I would question weather it's worth buying a dye or just buy some pouches.

That said I now have a level of self sufficiency which is always good.

My GZK on my pouch dies are good quality and come with a steel plate backing.

The dies I got from Aliexpress are good quality but lack the steel plate backing.

I can't speak directly about the dies from Slingshooting.com, but I have had excellent service from them on other items.

You could also search the forum for ideas; I have seen several posts where people sharpened a cut in half pipe to make rounded ends on their pouches, kinda like a hole punch with one half removed.

Mikmaq...

Here is how to punch a bunch.. Cut a long strip of pouch material the width you need. Hunt up a piece of pipe the right diameter and saw/grind at a 45 degree angle, bevel edge to make sharp half moon. Hunt up some empty brass shells (I like 22 cal.) .. Now the secret is to use the end grain of a piece of wood. If you use sides, the brass will bend. Gotta use the end grain. Once the brass is full of leather, toss and use another.

Wow that's a great idea! Thanks for the tips! I'm going to give it a shot!
