After my complete turn to long draw shooting, and.....even longer draw shooting.... I've found that the adjustable chinese ruler for band cutting that I have, is just not long enough. Even my long, regular rulers are not easy to work with, as I cut my bands about 32cm long, and I am going for a 29.5-30.5cm active length, depending on band brand.
Luckily, I came across quilting rulers in AliExpress, ordered one, and now it is the only thing I use! It is long enough to cut full butterfly bands if needed, and it even has lines drawn, making it easy to use it as a template, and avoid the hussle of marking the bands!
Who would have thought that shooting with a long draw would pose a few challenges regarding band cutting!
