You guys are killing me! My wife might too which is why this is stashed in the garage right now. This isn't deception, it is pure intelligent processing. I'll unpack it when she is distracted, ditch the packing material, then act like I've had it for years and she just didn't recall that fact!
Aside from being 100% juvenile most of the time I do have a goal to reduce a few crows in my area that are harassing the crap out of my hawk. I figured a silent kill with my new eradication tool may allow me to wack a couple before they smell me coming!

The SlockMaster!!! That one is nearly impossible to find in Europe right now!

AMAZING implement!!! I sure hope the "new" Cold Steel doesn't give up on doing blowguns.

Oh, a word of advice: you really have to be careful with those ...WIFES, I mean!! LOL!!! :D

And keep up the "juvenile ratio"!! I keep mine ;)

Right!! I've got some leftover camouflage paint and some crow and turkey feathers to sew into my ball-cap. I really need the camo so I can sneak this beast out of the garage! I really don't have time for this jacking around! I've got at least 10-12 frames I've still got to finish up.

I really hold you partially responsible for the endeavor. Hoggy too! I read your how to clean thread too. I imagine you may not have access to gun cleaning tools? A 12gauge barrel swab could be a fine solution as well.

Hey I just looked this bad boy up little over kill for a crow . If it can knock down a beast like this . Is this something u could do Mo that's crazy cool
Yea that would be quite a rush. I've watched a bunch of his hunting videos. It seems to me that hitting that exact artery has to be insanely difficult. I've taken deer with a rifle and bow. But both rip the heart pretty well and the beast drops quick. These darts are like nails with a mini-broadhead. They are about 6" long but still. I don't want to follow a wild hog for 5 miles through the bush waiting for it to bleed out from a nick to an artery. A hit to a squirrel might just pin it to the tree so I can pick it up later.

Man MO...You got the whole thing going! Remember those crows are very very smart, the second day that you show up dressed like an oak tree carrying a long tube, There won't be a crow within shooting distance. They will set in yonder trees and mock you. I had an old timer tell me that as smart as they (crows) are, they can't count for sour apples. The way to fool them is to get a number of your buds, church group, family, etc. to walk with you into a grove of trees, you hide and they walk out. You might try that.

Interesting! It was really just a few days ago that I saw 5-6 crows walking along the sidewalk alongside my house. They were like a gang of punks out looking for trouble. Then while walking my dog not much later I could hear them, then saw them flying with another 10 of their pals across the tree tops and making a racket. I hadn't recalled seeing or hearing them over he last few months so it caught my attention. Anyway. I stopped to watch them as they changed direction quickly and started going back along their previous route. It was at moment I saw them harassing one of our local Hawks. Looks like I need to check out eBay for some Crow suits!?

Sorry man I am laughing so hard I have tears . I thinking the middle pic definitely fool them .
PB... you know, they made a goose decoy large enough for a man to hide in. Not to sure about the crow suit. But hey, old Mo has more loot then the Pope, I think he should buy a couple. Either that or get his bride (#4?) to sew him up one. I'm sure she'd be delighted.

I haven't had a blowgun for years and I suddenly find myself getting the itch again! Can I ask where you got it?
Hoggy said he got his on Amazon so I checked there first. Then I found my best price at Bass Pro. Their online store shipped one to my closest store and so went and picked it up just yesterday!

Actually, I thought already of a swab like those.

Could be great, but does it reaches the whole length of the blowgun?

And I'm glad I can be of some inspiration. This forum gives me a lot of drive too!!

Best regards ...Q
