Everyone has one, a build that looks good but didnt tickle the happy zone kinda came out MEH!

So heres mine a fork I built a couple of months ago. Looks good but was uncomfortable and bulky. Not fun to shoot. Also a very unsuccessful attempt at an horse hoof.

Shortened the forks to a more usable length. Re profiled the forks themselves and thinned out the main top end..

A LOT more comfortable in the hand. Sized for a better fit. Final sanding this weekend and she'll be ready to go.

Stay safe and have a blast!!

Nice! I've got a couple or three natty frames that have something better hiding inside.

Oh heck yeah!! I can tell those special forks when I get started and then there's the ones that will make an acceptable shooter but nothing spectacular. You made something special out of that one!!! :headbang:
Thanks DSIL. This one had me stumped been going through so many pics to get some inspiration
