Man oh man did this turn out sweet! I love the look of the wood! Looks kind of squatchy to me lol. Anyway check her out! Bottom right is before roast. Bottom middle is roasted no BLO mix, rest of the pics are finished with 5 coats of BLO mix and buffed.

I roast them in the oven. I usually roast them at 200 to 250 for few to 6 hours. Low n slow is what you want. Lol no smokey kitchen because I roast them at a low temp. Just a nice warm smell. It blends in with the furnace smell lol.
