I just wanted to share the good experience that I had with Royal Steel Ball Products Inc. I live up in Canada but I was passing through Minnesota this week so I ordered 25 pounds of 3/8" steel ammo. The product cost was $1.50 per pound which worked out to $37.50 for the 25#. The shipping cost from Illinois to Minnesota was $15.76. The total for approx 3125 balls was $53.26. That works out to approx 1.7 cents per ball.
The packaging was very secure. The balls were bagged in a thick plastic bag. The bag was inside a thick cardboard box with packing paper on top to keep things tight. The box was taped on all seams with nylon re-enforced tape and stapled on all flaps (except the top). Contact was made with Royal Steel ball via a quick telephone call and shipment was fast.
