This is my 2nd bord cut from Thuja wood

i want to do it like an Ergo but I failed, but I have a 2nd chance!

please help me
how could do it better?

I think it looks good Sebastien but if you ever want help cutting out a funky design just PM me. I have a Hegner scroll saw that may be able to cut your design in Thuja Wood for you

Problem with the Thuja is that it is quite brittle and you have to keep it very thick.

I recomment using 10 or 12 mm plywood as a core, then laminating the Thuja board cuts from both sides to the plywood. This way you loose little of the beauty but gain lots of stability.

Solid, but thick. The beautiful wood deserves a sleeker, more elegant design that can't be done without stabilization.
