I've decided to go with the conventional style of shooting with this as it feels more comfortable it puts less wear and tear on the findgers, wrist and hands. At this point I think I am ready to start using 3/8 inch steel ammo. For my next video I will see if I'll be able to smash open a can of shaving cream using those light exercise bands.

Interesting
But as this is a through the fork setup and not over the top setup like dgui or jax's, there would be more risk of a fork hit and in this case your thumb and index finger are the forks... ouch!!!

Hey Hassee, I like shooting those Pintos inside too. Ok, through the fork and more traditional and I think I see you aiming or willing those Pintos to hit the cups and then the band flys off. The band might tend to stay put if you use a heavier ammo and keep the fingers pointed to the sky or the ceiling. Love your videos and experimental ideas on slingshots. I just might have to make a shooter like you have there. I seem to recall that Jorges has a video on a shooter like that but it had some leather socks for the fingers and it looked like he could shoot very hard with it. Hasee, keep cranking them out.

My greatest risk of getting hit comes from shooting with a twisted band. I have to be very careful to make sure the bands are not twisted before shooting.

Thanks! I agree that the pintos are harder to aim.
