My wife said she was getting rid of a crib sheet cause it didn't fit the crib mattress, needless to say it didn't make it to the garbage. simple frame made from 2 by 2's and some screws to hold the elastic back on the edges gives a nice opening to shoot through and the shot just falls to the bottom where it canbe scooped out.

For the cost and ease of construction i couldn't have asked for more. I have had a couple shot bouce out but i would say the catch rate is 95%, i'm happy with that. i might hang a towel in the back to make it last longer.
