Haven't been posting much or even shooting much. I seem to only have one target in view at a time.
Right now it is sling bows. I'm building two. Got my shooters, (B52), got my plates for centering the arrow, Got my arrows, waiting on a couple of spools that I can hook ergonomiclly (SP) to the slings.
Have a friend who has a friend (you are saying OH NO about this time) who planted 100 acres of marijuana along side of one of these canals that run all over the area. About this time of year, they lower the flow way down so they can get in there and remove the slit from the slow spots. I'm told that we can then see all manner of sea creatures. Catfish, black bass, tallipia(SP), carp and more. I have not done this sort of thing before and am really stoked. I will try to take my phone with me and get a photo or two. Also might come in handy to call a bail bondsman. Some how this seems a little off, but only I am worried. If you don't hear from me again, it's been a treat knowing you all!
