Hey guys, I finally got a chance to steal my daughters iPod lol, so here it the slingshot I was getting some input on, it’s a maple fork with a tiny of bark left on one fork. The copper on the front is from a pipe line job I was on, a glob I found on the ground from the welders. The back is a piece of oak burl, and a removable 22 cartridge I fill with snuff tobacco to take a little bump while out on a walk, thanks for looking guys, I had a lot of fun making this one and I appreciate the advice everyone was willing to give me along the way!

That’s a very comfortable looking little shooter. Beautiful burl and a secret compartment. There’s a lot to be said about secret compartments. Would a .45 brass be better? LoL. Just kiddn. Lovely shooter buddy!
Sling turned out great @chapmanHands.....love the top slot band attachment method too.
A little tip for banding it up.....roll up a short piece of tubing "inside" your flat bands ( think burrito) then stretch all that out and pop down into the forks....holds very well.....like this

I would like to see if the tobacco stains the wood around your not so secret stash.
It a great mixture of mixed material. I want one. Preferably with a fork hit or two. So I dont have to do it myself. Then I can just focus on hand slaps, and destroying the air right next to my targets.
