Hi folks.
I had a lot of catching up to do after last weekends tournament.
Today I made these forks using my new palm router. It gives boardcut slingshots a whole new dimension

I really like this machine a lot.

Those are great. What model palm router? A new tool would be great to have!

Another tool that's on my wishlist! Great work Tom! All I have is a Band saw for the rough cutting and all the rest is by Dremel and hand sanding. I go into a tool store and I don't want to come out! Flatband

I got the Bosh Colt, palm router. 1.0 HP
To get the proper results , I use a rounding over bit, that has a 3/8 radius cut.
It is amazing what this machine does, and quickly.
A great addition to slingshot fabrication.

Tom, those are all lovely. Quick question do you taper your bands?
