Haven't done much in the past week, my dog picked up a nasty stomach bug and as you can imagine that can be a full time job. Since it seems the bug has pretty much run it's course (thank Dog) I had a little free time today and was able to work on one of the forks I picked up a week or so ago. As usual I left it on the rustic side, plus it had some worm tracks to add character. It's pretty much done, just have to attach the bands and it'll be ready to go. I'm kind of liking this one and if my girl doesn't claim it I think it'll end up in my permanent collection. so anyway here it is, start to finish almost.

Very nice work, and the photo description you make is great.

I like the start-to-finish progression of pictures. I like your rustic naturals and like DH said you could shoot anything up to a hickory nut out of it. The wider forks, though not as easy to carry, are so much easier to pass a larger projectile through.

Enjoy your new slingshot, and thanks for sharing.
