Got in a couple frames from SteveJ yesterday! The Fowler Hornet, still in the package. So I banded that guy up (backwards I just noticed lol) and this really cool little plywood shooter! And I do mean little! Look at that thing! I’m excited to get her banded up though. She’s nice and looks like there might be a red or brown spacer in the center there. I have a good feeling about it. Thanks again SteveJ!

It’s interesting that the fork tips are actually just a little concave, but I don’t think that’ll hurt anything. Wish I knew who made it. There isn’t a makers mark anywhere.

Nice! The hornet looks like a good shooter, and I can tell you from personal experience that the little one does alright too! It was one of my first couple of builds when I first joined the forums. It is made from the Kev's lucky seven template. The liner is several layers of red construction paper, but they darkened quite a bit with the glue. It was one of my better shooters for a while, but I was making so many different designs to try out that it got passed along pretty quickly.

The smaller sling with the palm swell is gorgeous, it just didnt fit well with my big palm and short fat fingers ,
