so a friend gave me an OLD daisy red dot sight,he had it on a gunpowder rifle and didnt like it so after sitting in a box for years he was gonna throw it out,anyway no instructions for windage/elevation,had to figure out trial and error,took a while but got it figured out and now,,,,,,,,, Stubby is a rat killer! Really starting to like this one,a Lot

Forgot,sighted in at 35 feet at 6 pumps,shoots about 1/2 in higher at 10 pumps tho,however its a target/rat gun so i can adjust. and THWACK i took your advise also and ordered a 1322,shood be interesting comparing the 2.

Awesome Steven! I love that thing. Those are a good gun. I’m gonna do a air gun build/makeover this winter and as per stringslaps suggestion I think I’m gonna go with a red dot sight as well. It’s fast getting on target with them.

it is Much faster,and with these particular guns the open sights cant be set low enough to get on target,the red dot did away with that problem,after i figured out the adjustments,lol.I'm glad you like it its a lot of fun.

Stubby is my *newer* crosman,wouldnt shoot straight so i chopped the barrel,which afterwards i noticed it had a slight *wobble* when rolled on the kitchen table,plus the crown work was Horrible,it was more like a taper than a crown,lol,anyway it shot Way Better after cutting the barrel,so i went to work on the sighting,with the open sights they just wouldnt go low enough,and a friend gave me a red dot sight so ,i figured out how it worked and no more open sights but i love the 760s,my 41 year old one is a tack driver,and my son in laws is even older [real wood stock] shoots almost as well.great guns in any configuration

Yes,sorry forgot to put that in,the 760,looking at a daisy model 35 [smoothbore] for strictly BB shooting,pellets are getting hard to find around here.BBs are Plentiful tho
