I appreciate everything the members of this Forum do to make this Forum family friendly. I feel extremely confident when I show my nephews and nieces a post it is definitely family friendly. I think it's great there is a place where we can exchange our thoughts on current event subjects.

My wife ask me all the time "how many times are you going to reprint that????" So I let her read one where my thoughts were %#& #&% not good. (True, but not good) She says, (you know better than that????????????????) That's why I reprint them????

I'm very grateful the moderators keep us in line, because in this chaotic time we are in the uncertainty can &#%& everyone off and cause us to become @#&#@% upset????

I second that Tag, I am here to learn about slingshots mostly and optimize my performance. Plenty of that garbage out there in that big bad old world of ours Nice people here. I hope it stays that way. :thumbsup:

It isn't a stretch to figure out that the majority of folks that enjoy a slingshot will have similar interests in their backgrounds. Maybe the Forum is a lot like a vacation, or a hike in the mountains, or (ack!)... a trip to Disneyland.
Like you've said. I know exactly where to go to become a frustrated and angry adult full of spite (the evening news). I come here because it is safe to be a person that enjoys this extreme and dangerous and sometimes unlawful hobby without prejudice!

In a previous life I was the owner of a forum of a similar size to this one. So I know the job of moderator is a thankless one. Ta mods. :thumbsup:

On the swearing filter:

Both of my children knew the worst swear words by around eight. Not from me or their Mother, but they did. Modern times, again.

Indeed it moistened my eye the day I was called to school because my eight year old chalked **** and **** on the side of the playground shed. Pushing at the limits like a chip off the block.

Anyway, I'm happy I can say Bollocks here because it is arguably the best word in the English language.

This whole time ive just been enjoying the good and talented views,values, and posts from my friends. And off course complaining when I can about this sling shot virus I caught.

I usually take my frustration out at at the computer not through it. Mostly because this silly machine is not my style.

I quoted your line in casual conversation the other day to my father when I couldnt even spell a word close enough for spell check to recognize it. We just had to find another word to use because no one would go outside a get the dictionary from behind the tool shed thats holding down a tarp.
