Hello!

I am new on the forum.

I lsearch the forum for a drawing on the cut of bands (form, lenght, ...)

Could anybody help me to find a plan of cut of a band(strip)?

Try using a rotary cutter, steel ruler and cutting mat. Length all depends on your draw but try 22cm long Tappered 3 cm at the folk down to 2 cm at the pouch. If you have no steel ruler or cutting mat you can use any straight edge wood or a old saw blade and cut the bands on a old newspaper

Do you speak about single band or double bands. (I've got some old green thera band, so double will be better?)
