I was stuck at home all weekend with the flu, so I took the time time to finish these. My first attempt at a board cut , its Oak laminated with honey micarta, the other two are a couple of naturals that have been sitting on a shelf waiting to be finished, one is bit of blackthorn I cut while hedgelaying, and the other is ash from a wind fall last spring.

The second one you skillfully stripped/sanded to the perfect degree. I love that one.
The third, the more I looked at the subtle details the more I liked this one too.
Very nice to have in a collection or some one receiving your fine work.
Keep on with crafting your slingshots.

Both the naturals shoot really well. but the board cut I made to fit my hand. Its a bit of an odd shape
but I can shoot this one very accurately. I did not bother to polish it because I will use it for hunting.
