I was stuck at home all weekend with the flu, so I took the time time to finish these. My first attempt at a board cut , its Oak laminated with honey micarta, the other two are a couple of naturals that have been sitting on a shelf waiting to be finished, one is bit of blackthorn I cut while hedgelaying, and the other is ash from a wind fall last spring.

The second one you skillfully stripped/sanded to the perfect degree. I love that one.

The third, the more I looked at the subtle details the more I liked this one too.

Very nice to have in a collection or some one receiving your fine work.

Keep on with crafting your slingshots.

You sure did a fine job working with that micarta, martin65! That first catty is wonderful!

...And the ash fork is my other favorite! It looks like you really took the care to make sure the tops were glass-smooth!

Excellent work
