If you are still using .7 with 3/8 I still say you are over banded. Heavier ammo or lighter bands will work towards better accuracy. I would lean towards lighter bands to help refine your draw, hold and release. Just my $0.02.
I agree. Plus it has been mentioned before but if you put a small black dot or a small X in the red circle and focus on hitting the dot/x you groups will get tighter.

Looking good!

My suggestions are probably only worth .01 but I agree with these fellas. I practice with .5 precise with 3/8 steel. For any target shooting inside 10m it is plenty of power and you can shoot way more without getting fatigued. When you go back to .7 or thicker for hunting or what not you will definitely see the benefits.
