Look at this. It won't be here for another week but I'm showing it off now!
My first try at slingmakery was to hack a PFS out of some CF. I never really learned to shoot it so well because metrically it really wasn't a PFS.
I'm watching and admiring the SlingLife of Dougie of the OPFS. Also Keith Deighton and also just today watched GZK turn his PFS into a SlingBow.
This OPFS sings to me visually. I've been waiting and wondering when I see some file work on metal and this doesn't appear to disappoint in that arena.
And finally!!! Who is the maker?? Are you out there somewhere?!

I think it was Toby Beswick, could be wrong. He is on Facebook. If the seller is TBS something then it's him.

Wow. Those slings are silly! The I.D. of this OPFS seller is No1CattyShop out of Lanchanshire (sp).

Does sound like the right area. He does some fantastic frames. One of his birch laminates was one of the first real slingshots I learned with. sp was close 'Lancashire', we have very funny spelling here and don't say half the letters lol.

Ooops sorry to spoil the fun. I have looked at that opfs a few times window Shopping and resisting the temptation has been very hard.

Congratulations on owning such a beauty and feel sure you are going to love it. Want to hear how you get on with pictures of course lol
