These Victors are early forks made by Milbro they turn up occasionally but are quite rare, I have seen them in two different frame types. I mentioned them briefly on this Forum a while back, see under 'Milbro type and Patent' started by Sportingshot. In the absence of any real information I call these Victors along with the Merlins and Hotshots special editions but I have no knowledge of why they were made.
