Wow! Incredible knives, but only for people with way too much money. Truly awesome knives, though. I would be leery of owning a knife that costs more than my truck AND my boat. I'd be afraid to use it.
I once had some dreams of being a Chef and I would crawl flea markets, thrift stores, garage sales and junk shops for old quality knives and cookware. I may not have bought the $27K knife but afforded the opportunity I'da danged sure stole it.
