I really wanted to try the navy seal pouch, so I've ordered a 5 pack. Berk, threw in one more navy seal which is leather laminated to canvas, and a another pouch, a Viking I believe! One of the navy seals is already banded up on my Old Stubby!
I took only a few shots, but the navy seal is exactly what I expected it to be, and more. I am really unable to shoot soft pouches consistently, and the navy seal delivers!
The roo samurai is an extremely good pouch, and I am not abandoning the two I have left, but from this day on, the navy seal is undoubtedly my main pouch, as I am very consistent with it!

I only buy from Burk, but I have to get some pouches, next month, from Ray too. I like to support the forum members, with what little money I can spend.
The only issue with the navy seal is that it is a bit hard to load it, but it shoots so well, and it feels so nice, that I dont mind.

Just need one pouch per frame for life. I don’t think it’s possible to wear out a navy seal pouch. I think you’ll like the canvas also.

Haven't shot the canvas one, but I did put a 9.5" steel in and felt it. It feels wonderful!

It's unusual for a company to make a product that lasts these days. Those will definitely be my next purchase after I recover from all the other purchases I have been making lately. Wifey is gonna throw me out if I don't show down for a while.

That's definitely my favorite pouch. I put 400 shots through one today and it looks brand new. I love it!!
