I have a pair of glasses I got from Fastenal. I'd say they are OK, but nothing to brag about.

These are what I'm wearing now. Pyramex OTS (Over The Spectacles) in "smoke." They're supposed to excede ANSI high velocity impact standards, protect from 99% of uv, and they fit over my prescription eyeglasses (which I need to shoot since I'm near-sighted). They're nicely made and optical quality is excellent, with no distortion, etc. Also very comfy. They won't fit over gigantic old school eyeglasses, but most streamlined modern glasses should be fine. They also come in clear, but I chose the tinted ones for the (usually) bright, sunny Arizona days. They were under $9 shipped from eBay.

I have had to go with the OTS design, too.

I use these AOSafety Eyeglass Protectors from ACE Hardware. They were priced at $5.49 in store.

I'm happy to report that I have not yet incurred an event to test their efficacy.

Same here. That's why I said they're "supposed" to excede ANSI standards.
As of yet, I haven't had anything fly back and hit me in the face while shooting (fingers crossed).

Sadly, I seem to be unable to lose the mental "uncertainty" of drawing back hard on tubes?! I guess that only time is gonna expand my comfort zone to where I'm concentrating more on sighting rather than thinking "jeez -- izzat band gonna bust and smack me upside the haid?"

Because I know that this lack of concentration is affecting my accuracy somewhat...
