Thanks brother. Trying to keep it elevated above heart level right now. This is the first time I've hit myself with ammo and I must say HOLY CRAP it hurts lol.

i wish i had a dollar for everyone thats shot themselves shooting butterfly, if you work up to frameless butterfly you will be jedi master of the dark arts at the moment you just got a dark thumb.

I was actually trying out a new bandset on a scout xt. Holding brace grip which I never do.

I only ever brace grip if I'm shooting a pfs. On any other frame I'm full pinch. Saves my fingers lol

Thanks for the thoughts and we'll wishes guys. As of now I'm keeping my mind occupied playing Snowrunner. Hope to be back shooting very soon, but seeing as how I can't really bend my thumb it may be a bit lol.

Ouch! The thumb is one of the closest targets we have next to the cheek. When that heals it'll make a great story. Probably more of us than not have one of those stories.
Heal up quickly and get back at it.

I had that with 3/8ths Luckily mine wasn't double powered. Left a nice round purple mark in the middle of the nail as a reminder for a couple of months.

Ouch!! I had the metal hook on the end of a bungee cord do that to my thumb, it hurt like a MF!!!

I did mine with a hex nut and linatex. I feel for you my friend. Looks like you'll have time to build while you heal.
