Hey everyone, picked this up at a thrift store. I thought it was a rasp but I noticed the tip is spiral like a drill. The handle is marked "Stichling DRP 3" on one side and "TEC IMPORTS STICKLEBACK Pat. pending Ser No 192501 MADE in OCC Germany" Any info would be helpful. Thanks

If you Google stickleback you find that is a rasp that can drill holes.

I have one of them also. Its a Handy little thing. Works well for band grooves

Awesome! Thanks for the info, I had googled Stichling DRP 3 and did not really get anywhere, did not think to google the stickleback lol.

After drilling a hole with a [email protected] you could easily make it oblong or drill 2 and make a slot. Mine is really aggressive like yours. Never really knew what it was called.
