I noticed when I wasa kid if you took the hollow rubber grapes from craft stores like Michaels or Wal-mart and shoot them from a slingshot they whistle in a wobbly warbly kind of way. Rather neat I thought. Try it out sometime,

my grandmother has a basket on her table with some rubber grapes in it. its a center piece,been there since i was a kid. grandma is a little fiesty and has a great right hook! I might be better off looking at a craft store! I'll let you know how it worked out
