OK guys being new to this for about five or six months I've tried a lot of different slingshots and styles seem pretty easy to adjust to all the different styles don't really like through the forks yet Definitely like PFS for just all around shooting Gallery shooting seems I do best with the pocket predator HTS style instinctive shooting by far PFS butt and it's a big butt
The Secret agent is giving me such a hard time I do good for 10 or 15 shots then three 4 fork hits damm !!!!! put it down come back to again I'm sure it's adjusting of the hand doing something but it's just over the top slingshot why am I having such a problem with this little beautiful shooting sling , this sling fits my middle finger on my right hand none of the other ones had a big enough hole and it honestly is one of my favorite but I cannot shoot it ! Yet
I've tried three different bands set up's now I'm down to a small band BB size pouch shooting small clay just to learn how to shoot this thing Fork hits on my new g10 really hurts my feelings Lol once I perfect this I will have to buy a new one because of my 10 fork hits on mine lol I know it's really weird to adjust to a bunch of different styles all at once I have settled down PFS main shooter most of the time and I know my knife sharpener isn't the best in the world so my knives are a little doll up upstairs i'll get it but damn I don't know why am having such a problem

Left eye dominant shoot slingshots , archery , billiards left-handed write with my right hand
Can and do shoot right handed sometimes just for fun but ya in this world I am left-handed which means I have to hold a sling shot with my right hand and it had many many fights and the knuckles are all not the same size lol pocket predator Secret agent by Bill Hays is the best fitting of that style by far in my hand Its locked it in right it feels right I shoot a lot and then All heck let's loose
I'll get it but ruined a damn good slingshot Trying that g10 is tough but it does get damaged I am not a safe queen kind a guy so I don't mind but when I do get better with it I will buy a new one
Just blew the band off yesterday hit the tie ?

Maybe I'll try it right handed see if I don't keep everything lined up just close one eye
I really like shooting it so I will keep doing it until I fix this problem

I have one of the alloy self-build secret agent frames - they do shoot well. But with a narrow fork gap - fork hits area threat. For me the only other frame I had this issue has been the Torque - behaves flawlessly and then can out of the blue shoot itself.

The obvious option is to use smaller ammo - 6mm or BB's

I have been after the G10 SA as well as the Ring Finger shooter.

Got his self build one frame I would have to modify my knuckle finger will not fit in the hole just need to eliminate it then I could use that
But Secret agent fits fine works fine I just don't yet !!!! And ya maybe that why I went to clay balls I'll try smaller shooting it today so far so good I ll do a few then go back to bonegrip for the day today is a rest day one large trash run then I'm done for the day
So using this band this pouch size I should be shooting double odd buck 46 gr. or 8 mm steal it with no problem did try a bigger pouch to big now this one The white glass marble fits in it nice and shoots but that's pushing it on this pouch 00buck is my goal

Don't want to try BB because I can't see them and have a bbs shooters for that I'll try twisting pouch but just don't think I'm supposed to have to on this sling I know it's me not that tool and it's just more practice time and learning the technique I know i'll tune it . Just hated hitting a nice new slingshot I should've bought an old and then bought this one i'll learn on this and then buy another one just like it fits my hand to well .
I was just wondering if you guys are guys have problems with one slang

Keep us posted on if you figure out some kind of clear issue. I'm really curious. I'm currently using the Secret Agent as my daily. I shoot with my sling in my left hand, both eyes open, and just shoot natural without an anchor point or reference point on my sling. I'm using "Precise" 0.7 bands cut 10 inches long and tapered from 3/4inch to 1/2inch. I'm using a "Warrior" micro fiber pouch. I shoot 3/8inch clay from Simple Shot when I'm outside and 3/8 plastic from some eBay store when I'm in my basement range.

I'm about a year into slingshots.
I don't think I shot at all from December to April, just because I've been busy.
I've had my Secret agent about a month.
No fork hits. I'd be curious to know how our differences are making differences.

Because I have a G10 Tiny Turtle PFS that I love the look and feel of that I can shoot ok accuracy wise but every 50 rounds or so, I start to fork hit and it's getting a little beat up, so I know that cringy feeling you get when you feel like you're wrecking something nice. That, and the fork hits constantly break my tie ons and my band comes off.

We may be ying and yang in this situation.

Yep I chalk mine up to I don't know what the hell I'm doing !!!!
I have not been concentrating on it because my daily shooters are the Bone Grip's And conus
Pinpoint gallery shooting pocket predator Hathcock sniper
Been working on those more than the others . Burt I love this thing so much it's just a perfect fit for my hand
I re-band today and I'm going to get serious with it I need to perfect this one I like it . I want it to be my indoor shooting sling

Just went out shot 100 rounds different size double odd buck clay white marble
But did the twist like pfs which is nice because I shoot that daily and it's natural no hits seems point of aim is a little different but I'll get that !!!! Try to keep elbow up but not going to have an anchor point on this don't think unless I start shooting one type of ammo and that is it and in the gallery
Anchor point don't do you much good when you're hunting in the field everything is different distances sometimes you need more power sometimes not sometimes there's a branch in the way I know with this little one I'm not going to be hunting and just popping cans and playing indoors i'll just do the twist fart three times move my left leg to the right leg and cross my fingers it will work every time lol

So as the question ask what is your problem child ?

So twist The pouch I've done 200 rounds all different size ammo even ammo that might be too big for the pouch with a twist like I do anyways all day with my PFS No fork hit lol so
Maybe newbee mistake thinking over the top slingshot should be shot normal no twist I did try it that way a few times when I was getting my fork hits trying to correct my problem and it worked but I didn't think it would correct I was supposed to be shooting normal not twisting
I've seen the videos where they twist and don't question over the top you don't have to you do have to
So for now
I just have to go get another secret agent G 10 that's not damage to hell and when I perfect this one I will take that one out and start shooting it But twist works
