I have been playing around with the rope dart or meteor hammer for about a year and a half or even more. The rope dart or meteor hammer is essentially a length of rope with a metal object on the end. The rope dart has a blade or dart on the end where as the meteor hammer has a metal sphere or hammer.
Here is a video where I do a demonstration of what it can do:
